Yesh... Its me again!.. :/
Well. Its funny how life can get so busy yet boring at the same time. While working life definitely gives a certain 'purpose' to my life, it really takes away something that I value equally as much - that is, my SOCIAL LIFE. -.-
Hahas. All my favourite past-times such as movie-watching, playing pool, tennis, table-tennis, chilling out at Cafes ... They all seem so distant now. But I believe it may not be the lack of an active social life thats really bothering me... I guess , its more than just that. Oh no, where's my confidante?
Work life, as ironic as it seems, is actually getting better! Especially as I start to understand exactly my role and the responsibility of IEs. And, for almost no rational reasoning at all, I decided to find out if Engineering is a White or Blue-collar job. (via Google of course, what else?).. And the result did not seem conclusive. It seems like Engineering is one of those professions that happen to lie in the grey area of things .. And it seems that Engineers ain't the only victims. Other grey coloured collar jobs include: Pilots, IT Analysts, Stock Brokers etc..
In any case, it doesn't really matter right? White, blue, pink or whatever.... As long as you like what you do and the job pays well enough, that's all that matters right! And moreover, we can always dress up for the job that we'd like to be in. (even if the job you're currently in don't require you to do so!)
