Its the end of Wednesday!.. One more day of school to go. =/

Had my very first Tech Comm tutorial today. Err, was quite fun. Saw a few familar faces which made the grouping and socializing a lot easier. There was Lionel, Hiong Poh, Chek Lee and even Zeena. Anyway, the tutor seemed pretty lazy la. I dunno how to describe. Its like.. the body language + physique + speed of speech. Hahs.. But to her credit, she did smile every now and then. I guess its just the aura that she somehow manages to exude. lols. Well, all in all, I did enjoy the discussion and class. =)

I was reading the New Paper and the front page was about this 'convent' school girl selling her used lingerie on her own online site. She was dressed in secondary school uniform while posing rather provocatively. It caught my attention for more than just because of the superficial reasons.

A couple of my friends and I were thinking of setting up an online shop & so it was interesting to know that a local person actually thought of such a brilliant idea (in business sense). It is legal, it catches a lot of free attention, and more importantly, nobody else in Singapore dare to do something like that. She even offers phone chatting but charges like $60 for 15 mins. Can you imagine that? If some horny guy decides to buy 1 hr of her chat time, she makes a couple of hundred dollars. Simply by just talking on the phone. What an entrepreneur! I may not totally agree with her method, but I have to take my hat off her guts and ideas. =X

MRT/taxi woes..
Train rides is getting more crowded these days. I took a train from Tanah Merah at around 8:15am and as usual, I could only find a standing spot in the train. Even though Tanah Merah is only the third stop from Pasir Ris Terminal. Then by the time it hit Eunos (another 3 stops later) people outside could not even enter the train. Mm, I kinda miss the days when I could actually find a seat to sleep throughout the 50min long train ride. Sigh.

I heard quite a lot about the taxi fare hikes from the media. Only recently did I actually understand what all the hype was all about. The meter now starts from $2.80/$3.00 and increases in 20 cents for every 380+ metres travelled. The peak hour charges 35% of the total fare which would mean exactly $3.50 for a $10 ride. Uhm.. I'm gonna avoid taxis as much as possible from now on..
